Legal Information

This policy explains how FutureCore collects and uses personal data when you visit the Website, contact us or apply for a role, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

1. Who is responsible for your data. The data controller is Sinclair Consulting Services SRL, trading as FutureCore Partnership, with the details listed in section 01. For any privacy question, email alan.sinclair@futurecorepartnership.com.

 

2. What data we collect.

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message, when you email, call or message us (including by WhatsApp).

• Job application data: your name, contact details, CV, cover note and any other information you choose to send to hr@futurecorepartnership.com.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 04.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and the Website is not aimed at children. Please do not include sensitive data (such as health information) in your CV.

 

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis.

• To answer your enquiry and discuss potential work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

• To assess your job application and contact you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible employment or service contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.

• To run, secure and improve the Website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website; non-essential cookies only with your consent.

• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, where we work with you. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

 

4. Who receives your data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, mainly our website host Wix.com and our email provider Google (Google Workspace), and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions. If you contact us through LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp, those platforms also process your data under their own privacy policies.

 

5. Transfers outside the EU. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

 

6. How long we keep your data.

• Enquiries: kept for 2 years after our last contact, unless a working relationship follows.

• Job applications: kept for up to 12 months if no position is offered, or deleted earlier on request.

• Contracts and invoices: kept for as long as Romanian law requires.

 

7. Your rights. You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email alan.sinclair@futurecorepartnership.com. We will reply within one month.

 

8. Right to complain. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), at www.dataprotection.ro.

 

9. Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including secure hosting and password-protected accounts.

 

10. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page applies from the "Last updated" date above.
